    Amber Sceats delivers jewellery around the globe. Naturally, we want you to receive your new jewellery safely so all parcels require a signature on receipt. Shipping within Australia is freight free. Delivery outside of Australia will incur a flat rate of $25.
    We ship to all countries and continents accepted by Australia Post International Registered Post EMS or DHL Express.

  • How we package and send your order.

    Your order will be sent within 2 – 3 days of receipt (we do not ship on weekends or national holidays, so orders received on those days will be sent on the following business day).

    All jewellery items come with an Amber Sceats box and/or pouch.

    We personally inspect your new jewellery before it’s sent to ensure it’s in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same way.

    If your jewellery arrives in a damaged or less than perfect condition, you must notify us within 48 hours. Email [email protected]

  • Can my order be tracked during delivery?

    All orders will have an Australia Post, EMS or DHL tracking number. If you have any concerns during delivery, please email or call us for your tracking number with which you’ll be able to contact our carrier directly and quote your tracking number for information. Email [email protected]

  • Important details about delivery.

    Our deliveries will require a signature on receipt, so please ensure you give us a suitable address where someone is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives.

    We are unable to redirect goods once your order has been sent.

    As you can understand, we’re unable to take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.

  • What happens if my items are out of stock?

    Naturally we don’t want you to be disappointed or inconvenienced, so we keep an up-to-date computerised inventory of every item in our e- boutique. That said, if for any reason at all we’re unable to fill your order, we will:

    Let you know by email as soon as possible.

    Reverse your payment (if the transaction has been processed).

    Do our best to offer you an alternate product.

    Let you know when your item will be available.

  • Can I cancel an order?

    We do our best to ship your jewellery as soon as possible after your order is received.

    This means:

    We are only able to accept cancellations if we have written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been sent.

    If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, follow our returns procedure to request a refund for the sale amount (we do not offer refunds on sale items).

  • Need to know about Sales Taxes & Handling Charges?

    For all merchandise purchased through ambersceats.com, a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable by Australian law for goods sent to an Australian delivery address.

    For all Australian residents or Australian shipping addresses, this 10% GST will be included in your order total and processed at the time of sale.

    For international customers this 10% tax will not be charged by ambersceats.com, however you will be liable to pay your own country’s applicable import/duty taxes on receipt of your package. It is your sole responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them on receipt of your packages. If you happen to decide to return the product due to the duty levy on return we will not refund on the return shipping fee.

  • Buying Amber Sceats products

    To make a purchase from ambersceats.com, you’ll need to open an account with us. All items sold through Amber Sceats are intended for personal use only. Amber Sceats reserves the right to cancel any orders which appear to be for the purpose of wholesale or resale elsewhere.

  • Choosing payment methods

    Ambersceats.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal or direct bank deposit into our nominated account. If you choose to use direct deposit payment methods, your purchases will not be shipped until payment has been cleared and accepted. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on credit card security measures.

    Amber Sceats Pty Ltd will appear on your credit card statement.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchange Policy

  • Return or Exchange for Change of Mind

    We offer a full refund or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached with the gift box and/or pouch included.
    We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, earrings, nose rings, headpieces, promotional and sale items.
    We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

    NOTE: Earrings, nose rings and headpieces cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations, so please choose carefully.

  • Refund of Orders shipped within Australia

    Shipping within Australia for full priced items is free. Sale items incur a $9 fee. However if goods are returned for refund customer will incur a $15 deduction from the total original invoiced amount to compensate for original shipping cost to Amber Sceats P/L.

    Example: If order was originally $60 and was returned for refund, customer would be refunded $45.

    You must request a Return ID Number within 48hours of receipt of your order at [email protected].

    Then complete the Return Form that was included with your order.
    Include the original invoice, completed Return Document in the parcel. You must also return the gift box and/or pouch your jewellery item was sent with.

    We recommend a return freight method with a tracking number be used for all returns. We must receive your returned items within 10 days of issuing the Return ID Number (12 days from the date you received your order).

    We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

    In order for this refund to be accepted all jewellery (including the gift box and/or pouch) must be returned in the same perfect condition you received it in with all security tags still attached. The amount of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund if the gift box and/or pouch is missing.).

  • Return or Exchange for Faulty Goods

    If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unworn and undamaged faulty items that still have the security tags attached, but you must let us know within 48 hours from receipt by emailing us at [email protected] with the reason for your return and we will issue you with a Return ID Number.

    Simply return the goods (with the gift box and/or pouch), your original invoice and the completed Return Form so they arrive within 10 days using a freight method with a tracking number.

    On receipt your jewellery item will be assessed by our jeweller. The return shipping cost for the faulty item will be reimbursed to you once the item has been assessed as having a manufacturers fault and the return has been granted. We therefore suggest you include the return freight payment receipt with your original invoice & Return Document so this freight cost & your original payment can be refunded together.

    Please understand all product featuring NATURAL STONES will vary in appearance. This is not considered a flaw in the product and will not be reason for refund or replacement. If you are unhappy with your delivery, please email [email protected] and we will happily change the colour.

  • EXCHANGE

    We will happily exchange your jewellery if the item has not been worn, or damaged in any way and still has all security tags attached. Simply email us at [email protected] for your Return ID Number. Fill in your Return Form & return with your jewellery (and gift box and/or pouch) and original invoice to us at:

  • CREDIT NOTE

    We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The above conditions apply.

    Please Note: Do not remove any original swing tickets and security tags until you are 100% happy with the style and fit. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of any item that has been sent to the Amber Sceats head office. Amber Sceats takes no responsibility for loss through post.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

    If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

    Our deliveries will require a signature on receipt, so please ensure you give us a suitable address where someone is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives.

The Amber Sceats range is made with longevity as a focus. It requires handling with care to remain in original condition; avoid cleaning products, chlorine, body lotions, hairspray and perfume.
