Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a full refund, exchange or store credit on full price, unworn and unused items.
To arrange a return, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer service team will then authorise your return and send through a Return ID number.
Please note the following for all returns:
- We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on earrings, headpieces and hairclips due to hygiene regulations.
- We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition, and properly secured in the Amber Sceats box/pouch.
- Orders that qualified for free shipping will be deducted $9 if returned due to change of mind.
- Shipping will be charged for all exchanges excluding faulty items.

We recommend a return freight method with a tracking number be used for all returns. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
Amber Sceats apologises for any inconvenience a faulty item may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty. If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange, but you must let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing us at [email protected] Please note that damage as a result of wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.
The return shipping cost for the faulty item will be reimbursed to you once the item has been assessed as having a manufacturers fault and the return has been granted. We therefore suggest you include the return freight payment receipt with your original invoice & Return Document so this freight cost & your original payment can be refunded together.
Products purchased somewhere other than ambersceats.com?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products other than those purchased directly from us at AmberSceats.com. If you purchased your Amber Sceats products from a department store, specialty retailer, other online store or elsewhere, please process your return with the original company of purchase.
