Shipping Policy:

We ship to all countries accepted by Australia Post International registered post, EMS or DHL Express. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.

Click & Collect:

Click & collect is a free service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our head office in Paddington, Sydney (address below) Monday - Friday, between 9am and 5pm. We will email you to let you know as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming to our head office to collect. Available for NSW customers only. Please ensure to bring your ID and proof of purchase.

Tracking

All orders have an Australia Post or DHL tracking number. Contracting these couriers and quoting your tracking number will enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders - once parcels have left Australia you will need to track your parcel via your country's postal service by quoting the same tracking number.
