RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Christmas gift purchased on or after December 3rd 2024 are accepted for return up to 4 weeks after Christmas. Our below conditions still apply.
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on items such as earrings and crystal tops.
Items purchased using promotional discount codes during sales are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please ensure you choose carefully (This policy does not include our welcome code).
We accept returns, exchanges, and issue credit notes for unworn, unused, and undamaged items purchased at full price.
Your return must include the attached security tag, gift box and/or pouch provided. Please note that if the gift box and/or pouch is missing, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Eligible orders must be shipped back within 7 days of your received delivery.
OUR SECURITY TAG POLICY
Once our attached security tag has been removed from your item, it is strictly no longer eligible for return.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Request a return ID number within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@ambersceats.com. Once you have your return ID number, complete the return form included with your order. Ensure the parcel contains the original invoice, the return form, the gift box/pouch and security tag attached.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a return shipping method with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. All returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your returned order, upon inspection, if approved we will refund, credit or exchange your order less all shipping fees.
