We offer a refund, exchange & credit notes for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items purchased at full price only within 14 days of purchase. The amount of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund if the gift box and/or pouch is missing.
Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on items such as earrings and crystal tops. Please choose carefully.
We don't offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or items purchased using a discount code (exclusive of our sign-up code).
We do not cover costs for items to be returned to us, customers are required to pay for postage.
You must request a return ID number within 14 days of receipt of your order at email@example.com. Then complete the return form that was included with your order. We recommend return freight method with a tracking number be used for all returns. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of issuing the return ID number. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
