If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a repair, full refund, or exchange, in accordance with the following process:
The item must have been purchased within 3 months of notification.
Amber Sceats is to be notified by email to email@example.com.
Images of the fault are sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
On receipt, your jewelry item will be assessed by our jeweler. The return shipping cost for the faulty item will be reimbursed to you once the item has been assessed as having a manufacturer's fault and the return has been granted. We, therefore, suggest you include the return freight payment receipt with your original invoice and return document so this freight cost and your original payment can be refunded together.
