    • Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

      If a parcel is unclaimed or refused at delivery, DHL will attempt re-delivery where possible. If a re-delivery cannot be arranged within DHL’s specified timeframe, the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities in the destination country.

      In these circumstances, refunds cannot be issued for parcels that are unclaimed or refused.

      If a parcel is successfully returned to Amber Sceats, return shipping costs and duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

      We strongly encourage customers to monitor tracking updates and remain in contact with both DHL and our Customer Care team to avoid delivery issues.

    SHIPPING POLICY:

    We ship to all countries accepted by Australia Post International registered post, EMS or DHL Express. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.

      

    CLICK & COLLECT:

    Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our head office in Paddington, Sydney (address below) Monday - Friday, between 9am and 5pm. We will email you to let you know as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming to our head office to collect. Available for NSW customers only. Please ensure to bring your ID and proof of purchase.

    TRACKING:

    All orders have an Australia Post or DHL tracking number. Contacting these couriers and quoting your tracking number will enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders - once parcels have left Australia you will need to track your parcel via your country's postal service by quoting the same tracking number.
