When not wearing your jewellery, keep it in its designated Amber Sceats pouch in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Consider storing each piece separately to prevent scratching and tangling.

After each wear, delicately wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth to eliminate oils, dirt, and residues that may accumulate and dull the shine of your pieces.

Handle your jewellery gently to prevent bending, twisting, or pulling of delicate components. Prior to engaging in strenuous activities or sports, remove your jewellery to prevent any potential damage.

All items are nickel-free to prevent allergies.

Our meticulous process includes applying a minimum 1 micron thickness of 24k gold plating with an additional top coating for protection. Earring posts, crafted from surgical steel, remain unplated to avoid irritation of sensitive ears.

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, we are pleased to offer a repair, full refund, or exchange through the following process:

• The item must have been purchased within 3 months of notification.
• Notify Amber Sceats team via email at info@ambersceats.com with images of the fault.
• Please be aware that this warranty does not cover loss of jewellery, general wear and tear, tarnishing, or fading of plated jewellery.
• Upon receipt, your jewellery will be assessed by our jeweller.
• Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed if a manufacturer's fault is confirmed.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• If an item was purchased from one of our authorised retailers, contact them first for return, exchange, or repair arrangements, if eligible.  All subsequent steps regarding this matter should be coordinated with the original retailer of purchase.
