International Taxes & Duties

For many international destinations, all prices are inclusive of duties and taxes and no additional taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is unclaimed or refused at delivery, DHL will attempt re-delivery where possible. If a re-delivery cannot be arranged within DHL’s specified timeframe, the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities in the destination country.

In these circumstances, refunds cannot be issued for parcels that are unclaimed or refused.

If a parcel is successfully returned to Amber Sceats, return shipping costs and duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strongly encourage customers to monitor tracking updates and remain in contact with both DHL and our Customer Care team to avoid delivery issues.
