All Amber Sceats jewellery purchased through our showroom, online store or authorised retailers is covered by a 3-month warranty.
This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship.
Each Amber Sceats piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, in rare circumstances, a manufacturing defect may occur.
Please note that general wear and tear from regular use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care in accordance with the care instructions provided on our product pages and Wear and Care cards.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Loss of your products
- Chain breakage, stretched chains, or kinking (unless caused by improper workmanship or materials)
- Scratches, dents, or surface marks occurring after purchase
- Natural wear such as tarnishing, fading, or discolouration of plating
- Damage caused by improper storage or care
- Misuse, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals. By purchasing with Amber Sceats, you acknowledge and agree that all metals will tarnish over time, but will happen much faster if they come into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, or acidic skin pH. The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) depends on your skin and jewellery care habits
- Any repairs, resizing, or alterations carried out by a third-party jeweller
Any modifications made by external parties will void the warranty.
Stones and Embellishments
Our warranty covers the replacement of pieces where stones become dislodged due to a manufacturing fault.
If the original style is no longer available, a store credit or replacement of similar value may be offered at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover the loss of entire charms or pendants.
Additional Expenses:
Any services you request that are not covered under this Warranty may incur additional charges, which we will inform you of prior to commencing the work.

· Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed if a manufacturer's fault is confirmed.
· Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
· All repairs are shipped offshore to our manufacturer to be repaired. This may take up to 4-6 weeks from the shipping date.
· If we confirm a valid claim, we will repair or replace the Product (the decision of whether to repair or replace is at our sole discretion); or if we are unable to repair or replace the Product, we will offer you a choice of credit, refund or compensation as applicable to the defective Product.
· If an item was purchased from one of our authorised retailers, contact them first for return, exchange, or repair arrangements, if eligible. All subsequent steps regarding this matter should be coordinated with the original retailer of purchase.
